  • The ability to prepare bid packages according to specifications.
  • Ability to read blue prints and take off specifications.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience and knowledge of the HVAC industry a plus.
  • Previous technical experience or qualified training.
  • Some college is highly desired.  Degree or two year technical certification preferred.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR AND EXTENDED SERVICES COORDINATOR

Process all new equipment sales warranty data entry.
Prepare correspondence and proposals for sale of additional services.

Schedule appointments for sales presentations.
Compile owners manuals of product information relevant to equipment sold.
File records responsibly, accurately and efficiently.
Assist President in projects as needed.

BUILDING AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

 If you are a technical person who loves to work with computers, Storer Equipment Company has opportunities for experienced Building Automation Technicians.  This position requires experience in inspections, evaluations and maintenance of existing automation sites along with start-up and commissioning new systems.  The right candidate must be computer literate and have the ability to troubleshoot not only controls but also equipment.  Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a Technical / Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or other related field is required.

 


HVAC TECHNICIAN

 As a Storer HVAC Technician you would conduct preventive maintenance, commissioning and general servicing of systems including detailed troubleshooting.  This requires a general knowledge of HVAC systems, familiarity with DDC controls.  Experience on Trane equipment is desired.  Experience with Carrier or York equipment is a plus.  Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a Technical / Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is required.  We welcome new graduates willing to participate in a training program.
